30 min Baby Shiatsu Treatment - £25 (or 3 sessions for just £60)

A very gentle, non-invasive way to promote good posture, digestion, coordination and development. Also helpful for specific condition like colic and sleep problems. You will be given some massage tips to use at home too!

1hour Postnatal Bodywork For Mums – £35

Shiatsu bodywork can help to restore energy level, aid recovery from labour and help you face challenges of caring for your new bundle of joy. Most babies enjoy lying next to mum during the treatment and the session can be paused while you feed, cuddle or change the nappy.

1hour 30mins Postnatal Bodywork For Mums & Babies - £45

As well as helping boost your own vitality your baby will receive a treatment for any specific conditions during the session or you can learn a basic routine to use on your baby at home.

1hour 15mins Mother & Baby Teaching Session – £40 (or 3 sessions for just £90)

These fantastic value sessions can be shared between two mum & baby pairs and will give you practical skills to help care for your baby from birth and beyond. You will go over a basic routine to maintain good health and also bits for your baby’s specific needs. Notes and sweet almond oil are supplied
